Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why do I need a coach?

Embarking on a psychedelic journey can be powerful, but it’s not always easy to navigate alone. I’m here to help you feel grounded and supported — from the moment curiosity sparks to long after your experience ends. With a coach, you’re not just going through a trip; you’re walking a path of real transformation.

2. Can't I just do this on my own?

You absolutely can — but that doesn’t mean you have to. Psychedelic experiences can open up deep emotions, insights, and even confusion. Having someone to walk beside you, reflect with you, and help you make sense of it all can turn a meaningful moment into lasting change.

3. What is "integration" really?

Integration is about taking what you experienced — the insights, the feelings, the big “aha” moments — and weaving them into your everyday life. It’s the difference between “That was intense” and “That changed me.” I help you unpack the experience and turn it into something you can carry forward.

4. How do you help before a journey?

Before your journey, we work together to set intentions, clarify your hopes, and gently explore anything that might get in the way of feeling safe and open. We also talk about things like mindset, environment, and emotional readiness — all essential ingredients for a meaningful experience.

5. What happens after the journey?

After your journey, we take time to explore what came up for you — the beautiful, the challenging, and everything in between. Through conversation and gentle guidance, we identify what feels important and how you can honor it in real life. Integration is where the magic becomes real.

6. Do you provide or guide psychedelic sessions?

Nope. I don’t provide or administer substances, and I don’t guide journeys (yet). My role is to support around your experience — before and after — whether that’s in a therapeutic setting, a retreat, or a self-directed path.  I plan to do my trip sitting certification in the near future.

7. Is this therapy?

Think of coaching as a complementary companion to therapy. While therapy focuses on diagnosis and healing from the past, coaching is more about exploring your present experience and creating forward movement. I don’t diagnose or treat; I support your process with compassion and clarity.

8. Is this work legal?

The legality of psychedelics depends on where you are and what substance you’re working with. My work is entirely legal — it’s centered on preparation, integration, and education. I meet you wherever you are on your path, with no judgment and full respect for your choices.

9. Who do you usually work with?

I work with folks from all walks of life — seekers, professionals, parents, creatives — people who feel called to go deeper and live more fully. Whether you’re brand new to this work or have years of experience, if you're ready to grow, you're in the right place.

10. How do I know if I'm ready?

If you feel the pull toward something more — more truth, more healing, more connection — and you're open to doing the inner work that comes with it, you're probably ready. I offer free consultations, so let’s talk and see what feels right for you.
